The University of Auckland Business School’s Communications and Marketing team are looking for a Marketing Advisor to support the team in the execution of faculty content, campaigns, events and promotional activities.

If you are a tech savvy, creative marketing professional and willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, this may be the perfect job for you! You will be partnering with the business to execute well designed campaigns that target the right audience.

You will be responsible for your own portfolios and have the opportunity to help guide your area as we change the way in which we engage with our future students.

We’re seeking a talented individual with provencampaign management, Google analytics, customer journey mapping and marketing tech experience to join our Marketing and Communications team.

This is an ideal role for an incredibly innovative and passionate individual. You will need to be meticulous and have a true natural flair in being creative while having the ability to pick up the pace and be quick and efficient when required – a balance of both would be ideal!

Skills and experience:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or similar
  • A strong campaign management background is desirable
  • Must be able to show innovation and strive for continuous improvement. This includes being perceptive to how processes could be improved, not afraid to question the status quo and implement change.
  • Ability to coordinate campaigns with external and internal stakeholders
  • Proven Google analytics expertise, and marketing tech experience, preferably with a marketing automation tool.
