Replenishment Analyst (11 Month Parental Cover)

Job Description This is a key role designed to ensure we have the right stock, in the right place, at the right time to meet customer demand—supporting sales while minimising overstocks and stock outs.As a Replenishment Planner, you’ll be responsible for ensuring product availability through exception-based inventory management, with collaboration across our merchandise buying, planning, and retail operations teams. Your insights will help us deliver better customer outcomes and improve the efficiency of our supply chain.You’ll be responsible for:Managing daily and weekly exceptions in RELEX to reduce overstocks and stock outsReviewing replenishment proposals, and master data to ensure accuracy and actionabilityEngaging with stakeholders to mitigate supply constraints and support flow optimisationCollaborating with Trading Leads and Operations to align store space and stock levels with key trading events and the promotional calendarSupporting DC-to-store allocations or manual order processes where supply constraints existManaging product lifecycles by reviewing new line introductions and product exits, ensuring master data is up to dateReviewing weekly clearance proposals, identifying opportunities, and supporting informed decision-makingIdentifying continuous improvement opportunities across processes and team capabilityLiving and breathing our company values and customer-led culture
