Job Description
Our Services team members are experts in trading services across both retail & commercial customers, ensuring services are fulfilled to our customer successfully.
We have a dedicated team across the country who drive the sales performance of our Tech Solutions, Noel Leeming Protection & Telecommunications portfolios. As the Services ProductManager, your primary role is to maximise the performance and financial outcomes of these specific portfolios across the multiple brands within TWGincluding Noel Leeming, The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery.
You will have significant input to the portfolios – from supporting the nationwide team in their day to day roles, to developing capability within our stores to being the first point of contact with our related supplier partners. You will work cross functionally with Product Development, Marketing, Operations squads to deliver projects that deliver world class customer experiences, sales and EBIT performance.

- Managing day to day trading performance of theportfolios
- Working with otherproductmanagers and suppliers to create unique packages through annualised commercial deals
- Conducting regular strategic reviews of current portfolio
- Marketing executionacross multiple sales channels includingcompliance across aNew Zealand’s largest retail network.
- Building relationships to drive continuous improvement and value
Qualifications
To really succeed in this role, you will have experience in a role in a similar environment. We are ideally looking for someone that has retail experience and solid product management skills. You will have a strong customer focus and an intimate knowledge of the market and competitive offerings are also key. You will also be someone who excels in communication, influencing, stakeholder management and be capable of building relationships at all levels.Vodafone is a key part ofourportfolio therefor priortelecommunications experiencewould greatly assist with thecandidate’ssuccess.
