Colliers Workplace Management Services seeks an exceptional candidate to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract, whose purpose is to build a sense of community, connection, and belonging through delivering best-in-class service within workplace and operations.As a member of Workplace Support you will be at the heart of the action in our client’s corporate site located in Barangaroo.  In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors and occupants, ensuring every interaction is seamless and memorable. Additionally, you'll be pivotal in championing workplace objectives and ensuring our service points are delivered efficiently.Key accountabilities will include, but not be limited to -Own workplace events and experiences, create enjoyable and memorable interactions, driven by our client’s brand and culture.Uphold operational excellence for workplace experiences, fostering a "happy to help" atmosphere across all workplace support touch points.With efficiency and accuracy, administer the workplace facilities, including access cards, locker management, and end-of-trip facilities, among other workplace provisions.Assist in the maintenance of the client areas to provide the best working environment and functionality for all employees and visitors primarily through the reception area.
