a Regional Director based in Boston.In this role, youwill develop and implement business strategy, prioritization, and
execution plans to increase revenue and profit in a sustainable way. You willoversee network expansion, account management,
marketing, sales, and overall network performance including transaction volume,
revenue, distribution channel, products, merchandising, service quality for the
company portfolio of services. You’ll develop global tools to drive lean management and optimize efficiency
wherever possible.Your responsibilities
will includemanaging assigned regions, grow transaction volumes
and diversify our network. You’ll alsomanage assigned Key Account Executives, Area
Managers and Area Sales Executives. You’ll
provide direction, prioritization and development of plans and people designed
to maximize attainment of objectives. You’ll
analyzes market data and company reports to address, reinforce, or correct
market performance trends and capitalize on market opportunities. You’ll help create and execute commission
optimization plans. You’ll partner with the
Product Team to recommend price adjustments for specific agents, corridors,
products and markets.Accountable for Regional Transactions, regional products,
channels and corridors. You’ll know how to partner with multiple functions
across a matrix organization. You’ll participate
in complex negotiations as well as assist team in removing road blocks in
getting deals completed.For
such a pivotal role, you’ll ideally have a minimum of 7 years of previous experience
in sales or other relevant fields; 10+ years of experience preferred.You’ll have a minimum of 3 years of sales management; 5+ years
management experience a plus. You’ll be
able to provide examples of strong sales acumen. Previous experience of
Financial Services/FinTech Sales in the local area will be considered a plus. You’ll have a strong inner drive to meet and
exceed revenue objectives. You are constantly assessing performance and results
to ensure delivery is on target. You have
a proven ability to plan and execute strategy as well as taking corrective
action when needed. Strong sense of urgency in implementing strategies and
actions. You’ll be able to provide
examples of independent decision-making on complex or strategic challenges.
Strategic problem-solving, provides creative solutions and ensures continuous
improvement. You’ll have demonstrated
leadership experience. You excel in building high performance sales teams and
foster empowerment and accountability. Part of a strong sales leader is demonstrated
negotiation skills. Bachelor's degree is
required, prefer in Business, Marketing or related area of study. Ability to navigate and get things done in a matrix
organization. Ability to travel a minimum
