Wall Industries manufactures and markets a full line of DC DC converters and AC DC power supplies with an emphasis on modified standard and customized power solutions.We are currently looking for an Assembler to join our team.Responsibilities: Performs assembly through components inserted in printed circuit board assemblies and sub-assemblies and various light mechanical hardware Works with small tools, engineering documents and visual aids Identifies non-reworkable issues to the supervisor and routing of non-conforming material to the supervisorPreform Cut parts to proper length as required Bend parts to proper angles as required Bond cores to boards as required Place cores onto magnetic as requiredP-Line Place all thru hole parts onto PC Boards using proper paperwork and toolingPre-Pot Place tested units into cases and apply proper covers and insulators per drawings Glue parts to boards as required Spray conformal coating on units as requiredEncapsulation Apply encapsulation material to units as required Maintain and clean machinery in the encapsulation room Clean units after encapsulation has set for prescribed period of time Label units after cleaningRequirements:Qualifications:Education: High SchoolExperience: 1 year prior assembly experienceNo certifications requiredSkills: Ability to work with engineering documentsAbility to Cross Train in all areas of Assembly#ConResVacancy expired!
