Job Description
Reporting to the Customer CareCoach (Team Leader) you will handlea variety of incoming customer enquiries, with your main role purpose being to provide an effortless customer experience for our customers.
As a Customer CareSpecialist your key responsibilities will be:- Managing customer enquiries with a strong resolution focus.
- Building rapport with customers by active listening and a mirroring communication style.
- Adapting from phone to email when required.
- Running efficient case management and follow-up within agreed timeframes.
- Keep up to date with processes, procedures and products to ensure accurate information is provided.
Qualifications
Just like us, the ideal candidate will have a love for the outdoors and/or fitness, and could even be a regular at one of our many stores!
Further to that:- A track record of offering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An outstanding phone manner with a passion for resolution.
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM, Microsoft Dynamics and the full MS Office suite is an added benefit.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- The ability to work with a sense of urgency and thrive working under pressure.
- Passionate about building relationships with people from all walks of life within our Torpedo 7 community.
- Flexibility and thinking outside the box.
- Working to KPIs and tight timeframes, we are after someone that can be relied on to have great punctuality and a proven attendance record.
