Job Description
Community Worker - In home Aged Care- Hornsby to Berowra area
- Permanent ongoing positions, min 60hrs FN, work up to 38hrs pw
- Work smart Phone, uniform,PPE and training provided
- Minimal travel time between clients + paid kms + travel time

Currently we’re looking for experienced Community Workers to join our
Hornsbyteam.You will be be required to be available Monday to Friday for shifts from 8am - 5pmAs part of a dedicated team you will provide services that include:
- Personal care such as showering, grooming and toileting
- Domestic assistance such as basic housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Respite
- Transport to appointments and shopping etc
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent - advantage but not essential
- Previous experience as a Home Care Worker will be highly regarded
- Australian driver's licence &reliable insured motor vehicle - essential
- Reliability and compassion for the elderly
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
