Job DescriptionRecruiting Assistant opportunity with a preferred employerToday, we are proud to offer a temporary opportunity to work as an Assistant to the HR Recruiting team at one of the area-s preferred employer-s in Keene, NH.The overall purpose of this position is to assist the corporate recruiters with updating recruiting tools to reflect status changes for the sole purpose of compliance, recruiting and reporting. The position may support up to five recruiters daily in administrative tasks to facilitate the recruiting process.Responsibilities Include:-Coordinating on-site interviews including travel and interview agendas with hiring managers and executives-Sending communications to candidates on behalf of Recruiters-Assisting recruiters with sourcing activities-Assisting recruiters with conducting preliminary phone screens-Assisting recruiters with job postings and social media networks-Updating our ATS (Scheduling phone screens and maintaining recruiter-s calendarsApplicant Tracking Systems) with each activity for every candidate to track compliance-Monitoring compliance and ensuring the minimum activities required are performed-Multitasking in a fast paced environment where changing business needs dictate a continuous change in priorities;-Can function independently and participate successfully in a team environment-Maintain diplomacy in general communications-Demonstrate exceptional organization skills-Ability to support more than one person without jeopardizing the quality of work-Other duties and projects as assignedRequirementsQualifications:-AS/BA/BS preferred-1-2 years experience in an office support role; prior exposure to the recruiting function considered a plus-Internet Savvy/Internet research expert-High attention to detail.-Strong sense of urgency.-Must be able to multi-task.-Strong working knowledge of MS Office; OUTLOOK a must-Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills.-Knowledge of EEO and OFCCP Compliance requirements and ATS considered a plus-Experience supporting more than one person.HighlightsKelly Temporary Employee Perks:-Kelly-sponsored Affordable Care Act health care coverage available for eligible employees-Group medical, prescription, vision, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance options that are available for purchase-and the coverage is portable-Service bonus plan-Holiday pay plan-Weekly electronic pay options-Free online training campus available-Exclusive online employee community-Employee assistance program (EAP) available at no cost-Corporate discounts-Transportation spending accountsOffered and administered by Leslie & Associates.
