Kelly, in partnership with a national wholesale grocery leader, is hiring within their Transportation Technology team. This is a remote role, and a great opportunity to use your technological savvy while helping internal teams use new systems to work more efficiently. The payrate is $18 an hour; flexible business hours, approximately 30-35 per week.

In this role you will act as a "Super User" of specific software within the Transportation Department:
  • Work directly with department end users of the software to monitor, identify, and document quality control data, issues, enhancement requests, and business requirements.
  • Perform software configuration; ensure configuration modifications align with customer and stakeholder expectations.
  • Assist in the implementation of enhancements and updates to existing systems; ensure alignment of end-user expectations.
  • Assist in all phases of testing including systems integration testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training, and regression testing.
  • Understand and train others on track and trace, electronic logging devices, transportation management system, and yard management system functionality.
  • Assist end-users with process updates, user issues, and facilitate changes to correct errors when necessary.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure timely and successful software upgrade and maintenance activities.

As a qualified candidate, you will have:
  • An affinity for being techy and always curious about how things work down to the minutia.
  • The ability to learn Transportation Management Software, and a strong desire to continue learning
  • Passion for helping end-users embrace software as a way to optimize their work
  • Strong time management skills, and self discipline to juggle projects and requests within deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Very strong Excel skills, including SQL
  • Project Management, transportation and supply chain knowledge strongly preferred.
