Shift will be determined based on business need and will be one of the following: 1) 12 hours three evenings per week and 4 hours one day per week. 2) 10 hour shifts four evenings per week. 3) 8 hour shift five evenings per week. Also required is working one Saturday every three weeks.Location: This is a telecommute position anywhere in the US.Ideal candidateswilllive withina commutable distanceof an Anthem office.Preferred candidate will be have an active unrestricted RN license in a compact nursing license state.If you envision a rewarding career opportunity - this unique opportunity is just for you! Our Maternity Nurse care Managers have the unique opportunity to educate and support our pregnant members through individual telephonic coaching. This team is vital to supporting the success of each member's pregnancy, and we give you just the right place to be able to do exactly that!This exciting program focuses on the primary goals of:

Helping to lower the incidence of preterm births

Helping to decrease occurrence of low birth weight infants and NICU admissions

Helping to improve the ability of pregnant women to recognize signs and symptoms of complications and empower them to seek medical attention if necessary

Helping to reinforce and support the physician's plan of care and improve adherence to prenatal and postpartum appointments

Offer assistance with any antenatal or postpartum depression concerns through referral to our Behavioral Health

Program.Position qualifications include:Current, unrestricted RN license from the applicable state of residence. Prefer that the candidate reside in NurseLicensure Compact State;Ability to be licensed in multiple states on a timely basis;Minimum of 3 years, recent clinical obstetrics experience, including high-risk antepartum;Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong computer literacy knowledge and skills;Private home office dedicated to Anthem, Inc. work with high-speed cable or fiber optic internet connection;CCM certification is desired.Anthem, Inc. is ranked as one of America’s Most Admired Companies among health insurers by Fortune magazine and is a 2018 DiversityInc magazine Top 50 Company for Diversity.
