Piper Health and Sciences is seeking a

Research Associate to support a well-known research organization specializing in oncology research in the

Manchester, NH area. The

Research Associate will be responsible for performing mammalian cell culture and culturing cells in bioreactors.

Responsibilities of the Research Associate include:

• Perform ELISA assays and other cell-based assays

• Provide hands-on technical support to all sample processes including, sample testing, data analysis, cell staining, cell sorting, logging samples, receiving samples, and documenting study sample outcomes

• Perform laboratory maintenance such as maintaining and calibrating equipment and ordering laboratory supplies

• Create and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Work in a BSL2 & BSL3 laboratory performing laboratory techniques that are in support of intended research projects

Qualifications of the Research Associate include:

• 1+ years of experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) or BSL-2 environment

• Experience with mammalian cell culture, ELISA assays and micro pipetting

• Bachelor of Science in biological sciences and/or related field such as biology, chemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, etc.

Compensation for the Research Associate includes:

• Salary: $55,000 - $68,000 depending on relevant experience
