This position is 100% remote.What you get to do every single dayRespond and follow up on technical tickets submitted via phone, email, and chatIndependently investigate and implement solutions to technical issuesCreate and update publicly accessible knowledge base articlesIdentify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problemsTroubleshoot issuesWhat you bring to the roleExperience installing and configuring software for clients5+ years' experience in enterprise software technical supportBasic TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, LDAP networking concepts/protocolsExperience with IT support ticketing systemsWindows Server administration, SQL administration and Active Directory experienceStrong written and oral communication skillsA working knowledge of pulling logs and traces and the ability to interpret the data contained within.
