5+ years change management experience Change leader with experience in driving results, standard methodologies, and strategic end-to-end Enterprise wide change initiatives Outstanding leadership presence, communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities Change Management expertise in successful implementation, adoption and ongoing maintenance of new programs and processes.
