We're looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support our industry-leading client. You will harness technology to solve complex business problems and execute to deliver and implement technology solutions.

Responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst:

Work within an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver software
Lead and conduct business analysis to shape recommendations
Identify and define solutions to business problems via documentation of systems and process specifications
Create, document, and manage Scrum team backlog

Requirements of the Business Systems Analyst:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of systems development BA experience
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Experience with JIRA or similar Agile backlog management and testing tool
Proven expertise in various BA methodologies and techniques
Proven ability to work across multiple multi-functional teams
Experience in healthcare and/or benefits administration and/or product development
