Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Location:

Durham, NC Smithfield, RI Merrimack, NH Westlake TX 76262 Salt Lake City, UT 84101 Boston, MA 02110 Covington, KY 41015 (This role is a Hybrid role, candidate must be able to sit onsite 3 days a month)

Duration: Initial 6 months assignment, likely being extended through next year

Requirements:

  • The associate will work on our Quality & Process Excellence team and will be responsible for supporting the Quality environment for our Health Care Operations organization.
  • This includes the review, oversight and reporting of controls across an array of service and program delivery capabilities.
  • This role works in a multi-site team environment and collaborates with operations and client services ensuring operational processes are delivered accurately and in adherence with plan rules and regulations.
  • In this role you will have a direct and immediate impact on the quality of Health Care services

The Purpose of Your Role:

  • The Value You Deliver Executing and/or overseeing key controls within our Health Care Operations Ensuring a controlled operational environment to deliver high quality outcomes for our customers
  • Developing recommendations on improvements to processes and controls Developing new control processes to reduce risk in the operating environment Performing trend analysis of quality data to identify common root causes and improvement opportunities
  • The Expertise and Skills You Bring Knowledge of Risk/Control/Quality industry-related experience, including experience working with operating units to identify risk in a process and execute mitigation strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail demonstrated by ability to follow and develop specific, outlined, and detailed procedures. Strong ownership and accountability to deliver results.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and ability to exercise sounds judgment.
  • Experience in establishing/documenting processes, inclusive of controls. Expertise with Excel (or similar tool) to manipulate and summarize large data sets.
  • Ability to take initiative to problem solve and design improved processes and controls The Team As a key part of the team that owns, manages, and maintains the Health Care Operations control environment, you will work collaboratively across functions on a set of continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk, improve quality, and support our associates in the delivery of high service levels.

Special Instructions:

  • This role is a Hybrid role(candidate must be able to sit onsite 3 days a month).
  • The position/team is in Merrimack, but can sit at any of the Fidelity locations, so must be local to them.
  • We are looking for someone with risk/quality control experience.
  • This person will be developing new control processes to reduce risk in the operating environment.
