Sales Manager – IT Training RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage unemployment grants – WIOA, Trade, TOP/Section 30, VET-TECH, Gi bill, etc.
- Manage corporate training - WTF for MA and Workinvest for NH
- Develop and implement a systematic lead generation approach, cultivating our existing clients and contacts as well as your personal network.
- Be in constant communication with current and prospective clients via cold calls, warm calls, networking events and the use of social media with the goal of generating business opportunities.
- Develop positive business relationships with current and new clients and arrange meetings.
- Build, manage and drive a sales pipeline to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Understand client requirements, negotiate pricing, partner with our recruiting team to identify specific resource needs and sell candidates into client. .
- Manage and drive effective recruiting marketing strategy.
- Maintain regular contact with prospects and target opportunities while keeping the key team members in the loop at all times.
- Assess client relationship and associated processes; identifying areas for improvement and partnering with internal resources and the client to confirm the problem, gather appropriate information, determine potential causes, and specify and implement alternative solutions.
- Report timely and share information with the CEO to ensure they are kept fully informed on the condition of the organization and important factors influencing it.
- Provide daily status reports on scheduled tasks and activities to the management.
- Create, update, follow and evaluate monthly forecast for IT training.
- Partner with internal team to implement a sales and staffing process for all levels of talent and system to drive higher conversion rates, quality of hire and key talent metrics
- Execute effective sales and marketing strategies designed to gain NEW business for USS with closing accounts each quarter.
- Write business proposals and lead negotiation of contract terms.
- Assist and attend local networking events.
- Travel/tour client facilities and complete on-site evaluations as and when required.
- You should be able to generate the leads for IT training. (create your own leads).
- Manage all training related confidential documents.
