Job Responsibilities:

  • Work Broadridge clients to define system solutions. Prepare workflows, perform gap analysis, define business requirements, build development specifications, build /execute test scripts, prepare training materials, conduct training sessions, and write conversion data mapping documents.
  • Track and develop metrics to show progress and completion of data analysis and reconciliation
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments in facilitating issue resolution
  • Management of client relations with ‘tickets’ for an internal database
  • Knowledge of BPS / Mainframe, Remedy and Metis
  • Tracking Metis tickets and the funds surrounding them and ensuring on schedule
  • Managing online documentation via SmartSheet for cross compatibility with clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of client support & communications
  • Travel often required due to client location.
