Job Responsibilities:- Work Broadridge clients to define system solutions. Prepare workflows, perform gap analysis, define business requirements, build development specifications, build /execute test scripts, prepare training materials, conduct training sessions, and write conversion data mapping documents.
- Track and develop metrics to show progress and completion of data analysis and reconciliation
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments in facilitating issue resolution
- Management of client relations with ‘tickets’ for an internal database
- Knowledge of BPS / Mainframe, Remedy and Metis
- Tracking Metis tickets and the funds surrounding them and ensuring on schedule
- Managing online documentation via SmartSheet for cross compatibility with clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- High level of client support & communications
- Travel often required due to client location.
