Home Care Package Sales Consultant - Community Aged Care

  • Leading Aged Care provider offering job security in a growth industry
  • 6 additional Leave Days per year
  • Permanent Full Time -Central Coast/Newcastle

Excellent opportunity for a caring yet tenacious and diligent consultant in this newly developed position that will see youdeliver optimal client experience while selling Catholic Healthcare solutions that meet client needs.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working autonomously as part of our Home and Community Client Engagement Team, you will use your entrepreneurial and highly developed communication skills to understand client needs,increase Home Care Package conversion and optimise plans in the Central Coast & Newcastle regions.Driving to appointments typically at people’s homes to provide a consultation to them.

With over 700+ Home Carers across NSW and many years of supporting older Australians to live independently, we’re committed to improving the quality of life, health & wellbeing of our clients through tailored in-home care services.

What will your role look like?              

  • Develop a care plan that meets client’s goals within their available budget.
  • Balance of yourgenuine passion for care anddesire to drive sales
  • Conducting both face to face,phone or videoconference-basedsales consultations.
  • Management ofportfolio of opportunities tooptimiseface to face sales time across your primary region of responsibility.
  • Work to realistic and achievable sales KPIs and targets around number of consultation visits&client sign up success rate
  • Present to community groups around funding options&services available by Catholic Healthcare
  • Proactively nurturing& converting prospective clients and onboarding

Who you are?

  • Ability to build rapportwithindividuals andin group settings, identify opportunities&leads
  • Qualifications in. in Social Science, Nursing, Allied Health or related desirable
  • 3 years or more in a field sales role in a service sector
  • Highly developed planning, time management, consultative sales skills
  • Sound negotiating and problem-solving skills and the drive to succeed.
  • Registered&insured motor vehicle&current unrestricted NSW drivers’ licence - km's reimbursed.
  • Ability to work in other regions to support growth initiatives for short periods of time.
  • Evidence of Covid 19 and Flu Vaccination will be required
