Job Description

The Senior Vice President - Account Management - Agency Services fills a leadership role with two large clients in the entertainment and media industryas well as within Merkle. They have extensive industry, product and multi-channel marketing experience and are well versed in how to effectively on-board and drive accounts within Merkle's complex matrix environment. The Vice President - Account Management - Agency Services works closely with Directors/Senior Directors and SME's from other OGs across several accounts to provide leadership and oversight in overall account planning and delivery. The Vice President - Account Management - Agency Services leads the development of strategic marketing plans. They also lead strategic insights and recommendations from results reporting to continually showcase Merkle's delivery on our value propositions for our clients. They work closely with the Client Partners to continually confirm the client’s investment is sound while looking for new opportunities to help grow the client relationship and the business.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Vice President - Account Management - Agency Services is responsible for a portfolio of accounts. They are instrumental in setting up the accounts to assure they meet the requirements of the SOW as well as the business model and margin associated with the account. They align and build strong relationships with the senior most clients (VPs and C suite) to instill continued confidence in the delivery of Merkle service offerings. The Vice President - Account Management - Agency Services is responsible for leading the development of the strategic marketing plans, managing budgets and media allocations, determining KPIs

and leading insights and recommendations driven by results reporting to continually improve and grow their accounts. They are ultimately responsible for the overall delivery, financial health, and client satisfaction for their portfolio of accounts as well as the flawless delivery and overall client and team satisfaction and excellence.

Experience 15+ years Experience in client services/account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client side marketing department with a working knowledge of:

● Online and offline creative development and production ● Digital Marketing ● Multichannel/Integrated Marketing ● Campaign management ● Relationship/Client Management ● Account Planning and strategy ● Understanding of data analytics for multi-channel results analysis ● Bachelor's degree required ● Ability to lead team (internal and client) ● Business acumen to develop and manage budgets/forecasts/pro forma ● Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast changing environment
