Overview:This position requires a highly motivated, entrepreneurial person to lead the day to day management of one major account overseeing all aspects of digital execution.  This individual will develop/ deliver/ inspire Zenith’s vision of Live ROI as a mantra and help champion that spirit to their team, while positioning Zenith Media as an Interactive strategy leader.Responsibilities:Guide & drive investment strategies and help to set overall objectivesBuild, maintain and grow client relationships and client businessSupervise, direct and review the development and implementation of specified media plans by planners & assistantsPerform in-depth target analysis activities including analyzing site information and demographics particular to client needsPerform scheduled optimization efforts for online media campaigns as well as troubleshooting, ad delivery, and ad performanceLead client presentations and media meetings and providing timely insight into weekly media resultsEnsure key information is provided to team in a timely manner including any client issues, internal agency issues, vendor issues, etcProvide and/or guide strategic input for all plans internally and externallyHelp set negotiation strategiesBuild and maintain relationships with media publishers and internal agency counterpartsDemonstrate problem solving and intervention when necessaryPlay active role in major media pitches for new businessUnderstand and adopt new media trends and/or processes for clients and for Zenith MediaMaintain a knowledge of all ad serving platforms across platform: Medialets, Vindico, DFAReview site invoices and work with Accounting and Account Services to ensure accurate payment and prepare campaign reconciliationsAssist in developing Zenith Media team members into highly respected and trusted team members by helping to grow their skill-sets and thought-processesMotivate, develop, train and help to evaluate team membersKnowledge-sharing with all team members for best practicesContinuously search for opportunities to be positive and to share the positive side to every situationAccurate and timely reporting of billable and non-billable time for self and direct reports
