We are in a search of a full time, permanent/year round, live-in nanny for our 4 children in the lovely city of Portsmouth. Hours are flexible as our kids are mostly in school. But we do need 40-50 hours per week though we can be flexible with the hours. Some light housekeeping, chores, meal prep is required. You'll be responsible for pickups and drop-offs. Someone who can help out with homework is a plus. We are really looking for someone to be part of our family. Our family is a loving home with 2 working parents. Both of us have flexibility in our jobs but do need lots of help. We would describe our family as organized, structured and calm yet creative, intellectual and active.
Some days are busy. Some days the kids just want to play monopoly or read. We would love an energetic person who likes to engage with kids in activities from outdoor to athletics to cooking. We are looking for someone with a college education and a open-minded outlook. Ideally someone with some education experience.
We live in downtown Portsmouth and offer housing in a great location. Our house is in walking distance to all that Portsmouth has to offer. We are able to offer private bedroom/bathroom with own entrance.
