Job Description
The Courville at Aynsley - The Courvilles' assited facility in Nashua is seeking a dietary aide to join our team for a per diem position. The shifts vary between the hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm, with most being either 6:30am to 1:30 or 3:30 to 6:30pm. The chosen candidate will be passionate about kindness and wellness, wanting to work in a fun but busy atmosphere, and enjoy the many benefits that The Courvilles has to offer!
The responsibilities of this job include:
Adhering to the work schedule
Assisting the kitchen staff with meal preparation
Serving our residents and their guests in a friendly, timely and courteous manner
Cleaning the dining rooms following meal service
Prepping materials for the next shift
Washing dishes
Assisting with special events within the facility
Taking orders from residents and their guests
Qualifications include:
Able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
Must be able to move intermittently throughout the work day.
Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility
Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodation required by federal, state or local law
