Lure Bar & Kitchen is looking for individuals who are committed to providing excellent service, working collaboratively, supporting their community, and having fun! We are looking forward to a busy summer season and are now hiring an experienced Prep/Line Cook and a FOH support staff.
Line/Prep Cook:
- minimum of 3 years of experience working in kitchens as a prep/line cook
- preparing food for service
- setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies, checking in and putting away orders
- working the line and cooking in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- awareness of kitchen needs and is able to communicate clearly and concisely
- looking for someone who is thoughtful, can anticipate needs, quick-thinking and has a great attitude
- opportunity to be a part of a great team, learn, contribute to and work collaboratively with all staff
- full-time, weekends required, competitive hourly pay
FOH Support:
- some hospitality or customer service experienced required
- willing to train the right person
- opportunity to learn all FOH positions, including serving and bartending
- we are particularly open to training individuals who have worked in coffee shops or cafes
- Friday & Saturdays required, competitive hourly + tips
