Homestyle Hostel, a very popular and busy restaurant in downtown Ludlow, Vermont (home to Okemo Mountain Resort) is seeking a line and prep cook. We are hiring someone with experience who can help prep and work on the line during service the restaurant is open Thursday through Sunday from 5pm - 9pm. Experience in the kitchen is necessary, as we are a fast paced, busy restaurant. We serve everything as shared plates and send each dish out as it's ready. Our open kitchen is very relaxed compared to many, and we are looking to find someone who will enjoy working with our team. We truly value quality of life, and guarantee you a sustainable work position, with vacation time and days off! You will be working with a very talented chef and sous chef who enjoy teaching.
