Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they arrive
Thank guests as they leave and inviting them back
Enter food orders into the POS system while ensuring orders are correct
Serve food and beverages to guests
Explain to guests menu items
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
Make sure that every guest leaves happy
Requirements:
Upbeat, friendly, and good under pressure
Positive attitude and ability to follow the restaurant's standards and policies
Great time management skills
Carry big trays
Restaurant experience (Chinese restaurant preferred)
