Job Description
The purpose of this position is to interact with our guests and ensure they have a great experience when dining. Restaurant and banquet servers, food runners and bus staff are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs.
Servers play a very important part of the dining experience, offering suggestions and recommendations, such as up-selling desserts, appetizers and specific entrees that have a high profit margin.
Maintain procedures for security of monies, credit and financial transactions, guest security and inventory control. Server must have basic math skills.
Strictly follows bank-out procedures and cash handling procedures.
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments and co-workers.
