All around handyman/machine operator

Developer of large subdivision needs reliable, dependable, responsible, early riser and flexible "Man Friday" to work full time: being present on site daily to troubleshoot, source materials, deal with deliveries, update Developer throughout the day each day by phone or text, and to follow instructions and directions. Job also includes doing minor household repairs and handyman-type tasks, maintaining the site in a clean, orderly and debris free manner, and construction and lite machine operator and related work. Duties are varied and will include handling deliveries, interfacing with subcontractors, obtaining materials, and working steadily to keep the site tidy, neat and trash free.
