Ledgeview Commercial Partners, LLC excels in the southern New Hampshire real estate property management niche simply because we do it right. We are a small business that is growing our team to support our expanding management portfolio. We currently manage 400 units across a diverse multi-family portfolio with the majority in the 6 mile radius of Manchester with 75 units in the Nashua-Concord corridor (25 mile radius).
If you're an Apartment Maintenance Technician with:
Basic Carpentry and Sheetrock Installation Experience
Troubleshooting Knowledge of Plumbing and Electrical Systems
A valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle
Good work ethic
Positive demeanor with residents and co-workers
We'd love if you also had:
2+ year experience in property maintenance (pay based on experience)
Your own tools

We have 2 Full-time (40 hours/week) positions available. Hours are flexible M-F, on-call rotation with a 24/7 maintenance line monitoring for emergency calls.
