Property Management company is currently in search of a full-time Janitor/Painter for our Merrimack NH property. This position is responsible for the cleanliness of the entire property and assists in turning over vacant units.
The ideal candidate will have prior janitorial, building maintenance and painting experience, a positive attitude, the ability to work alone or as part of a team and will be available for on-call work on nights and weekends as part of a scheduled rotation. Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment background check is required as condition of employment.

-Trash removal (inside and out)

-Assists with snow removal
