Barista Pro Shop (BPS) is looking to hire a Part-time Warehouse Representative to the Team at our Londonderry, NH facility! Barista Pro Shop is looking to hire a customer-centered, detail oriented and highly communicative individual. BPS is a National Coffee Wholesale Distributor that is headquartered in Loveland, CO.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, returns, forklift, and using a calculator. Flexibility as needed to perform roles working in other departments to assist with various work tasks ie; back up driving for deliveries.

Job Duties:

Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, and stocking materials.

Load and unload materials to and from the designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles. Stack or pile materials, such as pallets.

Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the appropriate area for delivery.

Maintain quality service by following organization standards.

Verify computations against physical count of stock, and participate in physical inventory counting.

Maintain condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.). Follow company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.

Drive truck to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials to designated locations as needed, and operatea forklift or other machinery in order to complete tasks.

Make deliveries as required.

Remove snow from loading and unloading area as required.

Maintain accurate inventory in Warehouse.

Rotate product and ensure dates are within range across all brands.

Perform other duties as assigned and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes. Ability to make repetitive movements including, but not limited to, using a 10-key or calculator, bending or squatting.

Typically in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes, which may cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness.

High School Diploma or GED required.

0-2 (two) years of experience in warehouse responsibility.

Teamwork, inventory control, data entry skills, dependability, excellent communication, and customer service skills.

Basic computer skills required.

Knowledge of shipping systems.

Forklift experience preferred.

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 70 (seventy) pounds repetitively, stand, sit, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Driving; balancing; bending; stooping; kneeling; crouching; walking; pushing; pulling; lifting; sitting; talking; hearing and climbing.

Climbing ladders and stairs.

Forklift certification required.

Ability to use basic machinery and work with tools required.

Driving BPS delivery vehicle (CDL not required).
