Due to a new expansion, we have an immediate opening for an Account Coordinator. This position will work under the supervision of the Senior Account Coordinator or Operations Manager. It will entail working closely with our clients, service providers and in-house techs to deliver the highest level of customer service; by professionally taking care of work order requests in a timely manner. In this position, it has the potential for growth within the company.

We are a General Contractor and Property Management company that provides an array of commercial services to retail clients across New England, New York and now expanding down the Atlantic coast! We have over 25 years of experience in providing exceptional service to our clients, while building long-term relationships based upon our philosophy regarding the importance of going the extra mile.

The ideal candidate will have:

-Minimum of 2 years in an office setting

-Proficiency with QuickBooks and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) along with other systems

-Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication

-Ability to work both independently and as a team

-Ability to prioritize and multitask

-Construction or Facility Maintenance experience preferred but not required

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Receives and coordinates work orders in a timely manner. This will include entry of work orders, dispatching to service providers, scheduling, follow-up, quoting and post-service activities.

-Communicate with our clients daily using phone, email and designated systems for each client to keep them updated on the status of each service request.

-Review and prioritize open work orders for follow-up based on the level of importance on the age, status, or other factors and perform the necessary follow-up required.

-Work with internal staff and management to communicate requirements of our clients and to resolve any new opportunities, issues or challenges.

-Perform other duties, activities or projects as assigned.

-Requires participating in after-hours call rotation for dispatching and following up on emergencies.
