JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as data entry and analysis, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and providing information to management and supervisors. Will also work with inventory; processing devices and accessories as well as returns.

Essential Functions

1. Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, phones, and use computers for spreadsheet, database management, and other applications and programs.

2. Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.

3. Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.

4. Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.

5. Plan and coordinate travel and meetings.

6. Be able to receive and check product in and date stamp accordingly.

7. Be able to work in a busy and fast pace environment.

8. Be able to handle multiple tasks and work on your feet for several hours.

9. Process returns and ship products to stores

10. Handle dealer requests and issues

11. Must be comfortable speaking to dealers and outside services on the phone

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Must be able to lift boxes up to 70lbs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
