We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English speaking) CSR for a well-established international company located in Dover. This position is based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you are bilingual and have expert customer service skills, we have an amazing career opportunity for you!

- Working with Imports and Exports for Mexico and South America
- Speaking with vendors and customers
- Handling advanced scheduling with various time zones and countries.
- Fulfillment, invoicing, handling complex regulations
- Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
We look for:
- Customer service experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must. Everything else is trainable!
- Import/export and fulfillment knowledge is a bonus!
- Any international experience is a plus (work related or study abroad)
- Tech Savvy and able to learn various software/CRM interfaces
- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
