This position is 20 hours per week from 4am - 8am, Monday Friday.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies and reconcile variances. You will record all cycle count in all warehouse areas to include: freezer (to minus 25 degrees F), perishable, mezzanine, grocery and any other areas as needed. Adjust inventory as required to record damage, returns, mis-picks, trouble cards, and receiving errors. Responsibilities include identifying, research and resolving inventory and warehouse process issues. Additionally, you will be cross trained on various Central Office duties to provide support and back-up as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
As our Inventory Control Clerk you need to have High School diploma or equivalent. Having the knowledge of basic math, addition, subtraction and multiplication skills as well as basic computer skills that include knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook is required. One must have superior organizational skills, be extremely detail oriented, possess the ability to apply deductive reasoning skills to help solve specific problems and maintain accuracy. The successful candidate needs to have the ability to bend, stretch, twist and reach with their body including arms and or legs and be able to lift and move heavy cases of up to 50lbs. on occasion.
