Your Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to a portfolio of properties in the northern area of Massachusetts (Haverhill and Tyngsboro) and southern area of New Hampshire (Milford and Bedford). The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, inputting maintenance requests into Yardi, processing applications, assisting with the recertification process, rent collections, bank deposits, receiving distributing and sorting mail, processing invoices, and providing support as needed to other members of the team.

Your Qualifications

Prior administrative experience in property management is preferred. Skill set includes strong organizational and time management, great customer service, and good communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Must be able to travel between multiple sites. A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is required. Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
