Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, a boutique luxury dealer group, has a current opportunity for an experienced Internet Sales/BDC Advisor to assist the sales team and our clients at our high volume Audi of Nashua dealership.
The BDC Internet Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers via the internet and telephone to purchase new and pre-owned vehicles. She/He will deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. This highly accountable position uses lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest. You will be trained to understand all products and services offered, will become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.
Job Duties:
-Follow up with prospective customers in response to their email on our website.
-Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
-Provides administrative assistance as needed
-Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed
-Deliver a great customer service experience
-Field inbound calls for multiple departments
-Make outbound appointment reminder and follow-up calls
-Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing and schedule service appointments
Qualifications
-Excellent telephone, writing and typing skills
-Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
-Automotive experience a PLUS!
-Must be able to work nights weekends if needed.
-Must be engaging, inquisitive, curious with a over-aggressive/always willing to help attitude.
-Internet Sales experience a PLUS!
-Must have drive, passion and confidence to be successful.
-Ability to perform duties with little supervision
-Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
The Internet Sales/BDC pay plan includes a base hourly rate with overtime, appointment spiffs and monthly bonuses.
