Small, growing IT company looking for a qualified candidate with ability to support Microsoft networks for our small and medium sized clients. We provide personalized service.
Candidate must have two plus years experience with the following:
- Networking
- Microsoft server networks. DHCP, DNS, AD
- Excellent phone skills, onsite and remote support skills, patience with supported users.
- Working knowledge in the "break/fix" of laptops and desktops a plus.
- Knowledge in the following areas a plus:
- Active Directory and their Environments
- Office 365 Administration
- Linux & Apple Machines and Hardware a plus but not required
Candidates with A+, Server+, or MCP preferred
