S&J Transportation Services, a group of family owned companies for over 30 years, continues growing! We are currently seeking a second shift motivated and dependable Experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team.

Duties required but not limited to:
Repair trucks and trailers and related equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
Diagnose and repair problems related to hydraulic components, steering systems, engines, transmissions,
drive train, and braking systems of equipment.
Weld and/or fabricate necessary parts for repair of equipment.
Evaluate equipment for needed repairs.
Conduct routine maintenance and service on equipment.
Ensures shop areas are kept clean, dry and free from debris.
Perform all duties in accordance with OSHA policies and procedures. Immediately report any incidents or
violations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Must be willing to work overtime if needed.
Qualifications:
A valid driver's license is required.
Must have own tools.
Proficiency in the use of all tools of trade (including welding equipment, diagnostic equipment, hand and
power tools) required.
Experience in both Tractor and Trailer PMs and repairs.
NH motor vehicle inspection certification is a plus.
CDL A is a plus.
