New England Transit Sales, Inc., a well-established, full-service, platinum support school bus dealership representing Thomas Built Buses located in Tyngsboro, MA, has an immediate opening for a full-time Service Writer. Duties and requirements include:
-Create repair orders
-Keep detailed records on work performed on new and used school buses
-Monitor the progress of service performed on new and used school buses
-Proactively communicate with customers on the status of repairs
-Close out repair orders
Qualified candidates will have prior experience in an automotive dealership, experience with customer invoicing, and be detail oriented and organized. Prior experience with Dealer Management Software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Required Education: High School or equivalent
