The Nine Digital Campaign Operations Team is currently seeking a Campaign Coordinator to join us in supporting a culture of excellence in customer service towards our internal and external business stakeholders. This is a brilliant opportunity to start your career in media operations.

The role’s core responsibility to assist the Campaign Operations team in driving successful campaign delivery outcomes. You will be accountable for supporting the end-to-end campaign management, including but not limited to building and testing all campaign creatives to ensure they meet Nines’ Ad specifications and providing timely and accurate campaign reporting.

Day to day you will:

  • Test, troubleshoot, and schedule all campaign creatives to ensure they meet Nine ad specifications and creative lead times
  • Work closely with Campaign Managers to resolve creative issues
  • Provide a high-level of service to Stakeholders (predominantly Campaign Managers) to ensure campaign enquiries are managed in a timely manner and actioned within SLA
  • Provide accurate and timely end of campaign reporting insights, data analysis and recommendations to promote revenue growth
  • Support the Campaign Managers in the day-to-day management, implementation and optimisation of all digital advertising campaigns

In order to be successful for this role, you will ideally have:

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to quality, detail and results
  • Sales or Media experience would be beneficial
  • Basic to Intermediate Excel skills and/or Google Docs
  • High attention to detail; exact precision in data input
  • Quick learner and able to rapidly acquire and apply technical skills
  • A highly passionate and collaborative attitude
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Apply critical thinking to find resolutions to deliver successful campaigns
