We’re searching for a superstar Inventory Coordinator to join the Broadcast Commerce team at Nine, Australia’s largest media company.

This role works with a wide range of divisions within Nine, exposed not only to the national Commerce team (responsible for all inventory and yield management), but also Sales, Traffic, and Technology Solutions, particularly Nine’s automated trading platform 9Galaxy.

You’ll be at the forefront of building, monitoring, and delivering automated campaigns for clients nationally, working within the scope of our yield and inventory requirements, implementing inventory optimisation strategies, and reporting and analytics.

Within the role you’ll be exposed to a lot of key operations and stakeholder groups within our business, and once you’ve hit the ground running will have both autonomy and team support to help you hit your targets.

Day to day you will:

  • Provide support to the National Sales teams by assisting with and providing guidance in processing bookings and campaign amendments
  • Monitorlive campaign results
  • Report and analytics
  • Implementof inventory management strategies
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to the National Sales team on Network best practice
  • Liaisewith various internal departments

  • Are a recent graduate or have experience in the media industry in a similar role

  • Thrive when juggling multiple time-sensitive duties in a fast environment
  • Have a knack for creative problem solving
