Senior Agile Coach - 6-month Contract - Hybrid

We’re looking for a Senior Agile Coach to help accelerate our agile journey across cross-functional technology teams. You’ll lead agile enablement, coach teams and leaders, and embed agile ways of working into our software development lifecycle.Work that matters - What you’ll be doing Coach and empower teams: Guide engineering teams, tech leads, and architects in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and technical practices like CI/CD, DevOps, and TDD.Lead agile transformation: Partner with teams and leaders to align agile practices with strategic goals, foster a growth mindset, and build a culture of continuous improvement.Enable delivery excellence: Support sprint planning, backlog creation, prioritisation, and agile ceremonies. Help teams lock in user stories for upcoming sprints.Build agile capability: Create training programs, communities of practice, and agile playbooks. Conduct maturity assessments and develop improvement roadmaps.Measure what matters: Build JIRA dashboards and BI reports to track cycle time, deployment frequency, sprint variability, and velocity trends.
