Catholic Healthcare's band new home at MacKillop House Norwest will be opening its doors 1st September 2021 and we are on the lookout for experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team.
About the role:As the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a small team of recreational activity officers. You will be actively involved with designing the individually tailored programs for our residents and then rolling these out. The hours worked will generally be Monday to Friday 9-5 but allow flexibility around these hours.
To be successful in the role, you will have:- Qualification as a diversional therapist desirable but not essential
- Skills in massage, music, craft, art, horticulture or other recreational activities
- Ability to relate well to other staff, residents and their families
- Experience with managing a small team essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
