The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst gathers, analyzes, and presents data in a meaningful way that is utilized to make critical business decisions. The BI Analyst works closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop Tableau reports that support organizational goals. Primary Job Duties:  Analyze business data to identify trends and insights while collaborating with stakeholders to define reporting requirements.Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use. Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design. Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues and recommendations to management. Works with the Data Warehouse team to create conducive pre-defined data sets to be used by the reporting team
