This Robert Half opportunity is for a Project Manager to be put at the center of our client's strategic business plan. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Portsmouth, New Hampshire area. You'll do well in this job if you can serve as a key member of the team by ensuring that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders. The role needs to be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project as well. Submit your application as soon as possible!Key responsibilities- Be of help to classify, manage, identify risk for functional improvement requests- Provides project outlines with fitting ticket workflows and boards- Guarantee that the functional requirements are achievable, met, and tracked- Assembles teams to turn the product roadmap into executable projects- Offers support to manage dependencies among cross-product teams- Manages the daily stand-ups, securing they are timely, brief, and focused- Closely cooperating and communicates with stakeholders, and technical team members.- Guarantee that the product vision and high-level business objectives are obvious and possible- Establishes schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product- Confirms the RACI matrix for projects in a product line- Aid the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products- Observes and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner- Produces detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, milestone completion, and project status Requirements - 4+ years of project management experience- Must have superb stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization- Knowledge of leading medium to large custom and/or complex projects- Technical experience including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application- Prior experience leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience- Experience managing complex cross-functional and technology projects- Demonstrated ability to utilize resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
