USPRO is currently looking for a Senior QA that can work with minimal supervision. This person will be working within cross-departmental project teams so must have the ability to multi-task as well as being an innovative, and disciplined QA Analyst. Having extensive experience in Agile Methodologies utilizing integrated automated testing and defect management tools is a must.
Key Qualifications- Familiarity with formal testing requirements documenting methodologies and business process modeling is required
- Must also have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, strong initiative, and the ability to manage multiple and varied QA tasks simultaneously in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Experienced in multi-platform SaaS product development within a matrix environment
- Experience with state-of-the-art QA techniques, standards and best practices.
- Strong documentation writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Agile SDLC Methodology experience including document generation, reporting and metrics in a matrix environment utilizing an integrated Application Lifecycle Management toolset.
- RDMS knowledge with preferred MSSQL, background
- Experience developing QA plans, tasks, scripts, schedules, and estimates utilizing DevOps, MS Project and MSOffice.
- Adept at identifying risks and producing mitigation plans
- Plan, estimate, and schedule work activities around test plan requirements gathering and detailing business and technical test cases
- Devote time to team members reviewing approaches to assigned tasks, assisting team members with estimates to complete, assessing and advising on QA deliverables, test plans and cases
- Work with other organization teams and external customers, as necessary, to provide QA best practices support for functional and technical test cases
- Ensure that technical design satisfies QA test plan requirements.
- Create high-level and detailed QA test plans and scripts
- Develops and maintains QA and reporting best practices utilizing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools and fulfilling System Development Methodology (SDLC) reporting requirements.
- Communicating QA status and issues to team members, business community and IT management
- Create and maintain the QA centralized repository for all manual and automated tests, including all documentation, best practice standards, process models, reference libraries and testing artifacts
- Bachelors in information systems, MBA or equivalent years of industry experience
- 3 to 5 years QA experience with extensive automated and manual testing responsibility within a matrix IT environment
- 3 to 5 years application, system, regression, performance and integrated systems QA experience.
- 3 to 5 years working with Automated Testing Tools, DevOps, Confluence, Telerik Test Studio experience desirable
