Job Description
- Receive and carry out Repair Orders as dispatched
- Perform high quality and efficient repair service in accordance with Center and Factory standards
- Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs
- Road-test repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete
- Maintain organized, clean workspace
- Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisersand Parts Department Employees
- Participate in continual BMW proprietary training/education programs to hone skills and develop expertisein industry-leading BMW automotive technologies and processes
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Employers' values in all interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess great mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Own a valid driver’s license.
- 1-3 years of professional Automotive Maintenance/Repair experience in a dealership, franchise or independent repair facility
- Completion of a post-secondary Automotive Technology program a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, MVR check, drug test, and maintenance of a valid driver's license.
