Gather and review the Functional Capacity Outcome and supporting documentation in preparation of assessmentProvide resources and next steps, including directing clients to the appropriate team memberCollect data, identify and address challenges, and create IVAP with each clientDiscuss short-term and long-term employment goals with clients to determine next steps using industry-specific assessment toolsComplete vocational assessments and re-assessments within required turnaround timesWork with Business Services Coordinators, Instructors, and Community Partner Coordinators to maintain knowledge of employment opportunities and training programs to make accurate assessments and referrals to next stepsWork closely with Employment Coaches reviewing IVAPOther duties as assigned
