Community Aged Care Support Worker - St George & Sutherland areas

  • Ongoing Permanent part-time positions available
  • Ongoing contracts up to60hrs per fortnight
  • 3 or 5 day pw options available
  • Training, work smart Phone,uniform & PPE provided
  • Minimal travel time between clients

We're very busy andwe’re looking for Community Support Workers to join ourteams.You will be travelling in the St George area ORthe Sutherland Area and will be required to be

availableMonday to Friday for shifts between8am - 5pm.

As part of a dedicated team you will provide services that include;

  • Personal care such as showering, grooming and toileting
  • Domestic assistance such as basic housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Respite
  • Transport to appointments and shopping etc
  • Housekeeping ONLY positions also available - Training Provided

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent -

    advantage but not essential
  • Previous experience as a Home Care Worker will be highly regarded
  • An Australian driver's licence and a reliable insured motor vehicle isessential
  • Reliability and compassion for the elderly
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Evidence of 2021Flu Vaccination may be required
  • Must be able to provide evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
